Philip and Linda Burns have been owners of Vermont Industries since 1993. We are like a family here; current number of employees is four. Combined, we have more then 31 years experience of retailing wrought iron. We are located in a circa 1900 converted dairy barn on Rt 103 in Cuttingsville, Vermont (approximately 7 miles south of Rutland). The business originally started as a small blacksmith shop in 1971. Since that time, many changes have taken place.
We are retailers in wrought iron home décor, wrought iron lighting and wrought iron furniture. Trade shows are attended across the U.S. in search of the best wrought iron and cast iron products to bring to our customers. Much of the lighting on our website is manufactured in Vermont. We also purchase from many iron forges in the U.S. as well as companies who search the globe for iron and metal products from other countries.
Although still a small business in a very rural area in one of the smallest states in the union, we are becoming a national center for wrought iron products such as pot racks, lighting, brackets, wall hangings, mirrors, furniture and more.
Wrought iron has been around for centuries and will compliment any décor whether it be contemporary, traditional, colonial or country. We are committed to bringing the highest quality products to our customers at the best possible prices.
